Registration & Tuition Due Dates

New students to the year, the $35 (non-refundable) registration fee is due at the time of registration. 

Continuous students a yearly registration fee of $20 is due prior to October 1st. 

Registration fee payment will hold your child’s place in fall classes. 

Tuition payments are due on the first class of each month. All tuition must be paid no later than the 16th of the month to avoid a late fee. If an account is outstanding for more than 45 days, your child may not attend classes until the balance is brought current. All accounts must be current for your child to participate in recital. 

Payments are also accepted online through the Dance Studio Pro App. 

*All checks should be made payable to Miss Monet's with the student’s full name

and payment information in the memo section. 

Athol School District Discount

Any child attending a school part of the Athol School District may receive up to 5% off monthly tuition. In order to obtain a monthly tuition discount student must bring in school report card, each semester.

Expected Behavior

Miss Monet's encourages a respectful environment. Inappropriate language and/or behavior from either student or parent will not be tolerated. This will result in a student’s suspension from the studio.

Attendance

​Students are expected to arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time. Only parents may contact the studio regarding absences. If a student misses a class, he/she can take a make-up class prior to April 1st of the following year. 

Weather/Studios Cancellations & Holidays

Please check the Miss Monet's Facebook page or website for information regarding cancellations. Miss Monet's follows the Athol Public School schedule, including vacations.

Tuition Refund

No tuition refunds for missed or dropped classes. Monthly tuition must be maintained to hold your place in class unless there is a medical reason provided by a student’s doctor

Late Fees 

A $7 late fee will be added to accounts for every unpaid week, paid after the 16th of the month. Late fees will not be deleted. A $20 charge will be added to accounts for any checks returned.

Payments

All payments received will be applied to the oldest charge due on accounts. For example- If tuition is past due, and a payment is received on time for a costume deposit, that payment will be applied to the outstanding tuition balance. This policy applies to all accounts.

Add/Drop Classes

Parents must inform the studio if their child is going to add or drop a class no later than the last week of the month. Parents are responsible for the full monthly tuition if a child drops mid-month or if the parent fails to notify the studio as required.

Drop In/Trial Class

New students are always welcomed at Miss Monet's. Please fill out the contact form on the "Contact Us" Page. A trial class is $10. Once the trial class is complete and the student wishes to move forward with registration a $35 (non-refundable) registration fee will be due at time of registration. 

Dress Code

All Classes except Ballet; For all ages and gender - any color leotard, dance shorts or pants, bra/cami tank tops. Any color top for boys. Hair must be pulled back from face. 

Ballet Classes - Ladies must wear black leotards, pink tights and pink slippers. Hair pulled back from face, tutus and ballet skirts are allowed. Boys may wear plain color shirt, comfortable black pants and black slippers. 

Proper attire, hair, and shoes are necessary to help each dancer be prepared and focused in class. 

Please NO sweatshirts during class.
